Tony Gonzalez 1,000th Catch Twitter Contest

Tony Gonzalez and All Pro Science, Inc., Inc. bring you the “1,000th Catch Twitter Contest”! Enter for a chance to win the gloves worn by Tony during the game he makes the 1,000th catch and a trip to Atlanta to reenact the catch with Tony. The winner will also receive round-trip airfare for two (2) to Atlanta, two (2) night accommodations, ground transportation to and from airport and hotel, and two (2) tickets to the Atlanta Falcons game at the Georgia Dome.

You must be at least 18 years old to enter. Contest ends at the conclusion of the Atlanta Falcons game on Sunday, September 12.

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE ON WWW.ALLPROSCIENCE.COM WILL NOT ENHANCE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Open and offered only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia (except in Rhode Island, Alaska, Hawaii Tennessee, U.S. territories and U.S. military installations) who are 21 years of age or older as of August 5, 2008. Employees of All Pro Science, Inc. and immediate family members (parent, child, sibling and spouse) and individuals residing in their same household of All Pro Science, Inc. employees are not eligible to participate. Void in Rhode Island, Alaska, Hawaii Tennessee, U.S. territories and U.S. military installations and/or wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

2. To enter. To be a participant in the contest you must have a twitter.com account and agree to follow Tony Gonzalez’s Twitter handle www.twitter.com/tonygonzalez88 (@tonygonzalez88). Once you are following @tonygonzalez88, you must send a “tweet” to Tony using the hash tag #1000Catch and explain why you deserve to win. You may tweet only once a day. You must Tweet by or before the conclusion of the Atlanta Falcons/Pittsburgh Steelers game on Sunday, September 12, 2010 (“Entry Deadline”). If the catch is not made by the Entry Deadline, then the contest drawing will be extended until the conclusion of the Atlanta Falcons/Arizona Cardinals game on Sunday, September 19 (the “Extended Deadline”).

Participants are only allowed to Tweet once a day and the Tweet must include the #1000Catch hash tag and the explanation about why they should win. Tweeting multiple times does not improve your chance of winning. Neither Sponsor are responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, satellite, or other connections, availability or accessibility; or miscommunications, failed computer, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure; or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions, computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; or any other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information or the failure to capture any such information.

3. Drawing. Winner(s) will be selected via random drawing on or about 12:00 PM the day after the Entry Deadline or the Extended Deadline from all eligible entries received on @tonygonzalez88 Twitter handle prior to the conclusion of the game on Sunday, September 12.

Winner(s) will be notified by Twitter, email and/or telephone. Upon notification the potential winner must respond to, confirm identity, and eligibility within three (3) working days. If any potential winner(s) is unreachable or if there is no response from any potential winner(s) within three (3) working days, an alternate winner may be chosen in Sponsor’s sole discretion. If an alternate winner is chosen it will be selected only from the list of participants that Tweeted at @tonygonzalez88. By participating, participants agree to abide by and be bound by the Official Rules and any and all decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all respects. Odds of winning are dependent on the total number of eligible participants.

4. Prize/Approximate Retail Value (ARV)/Odds of Winning. One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive: Gloves worn by Tony Gonzalez during the 1,000th catch game ($200), a trip for Winner and one (1) guest to Atlanta. Trip includes round trip coach airfare from major airport near Winner’s residence for Winner and Guest to Atlanta (approximate retail value $1,200), ground transportation to and from airport and hotel (approximate retail value $200), two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy) (approximate retail value $600), two (2) tickets to the Atlanta Falcons game at the Georgia Dome ($200). (Winner must arrange own transportation to and from the Georgia Dome). Total ARV for this prize package is $2,400. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute air transportation with ground transport if grand prize winner resides within 150 miles of Atlanta, GA. The tentative game/dates for prize fulfillment is the Arizona Cardinals vs. Atlanta Falcons game on Sunday, September 19 at 1 p.m. ET. The game/dates are subject to change at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for applicable taxes, licenses or fees relating to prize package. All travel-related expenses not set forth herein, including but not limited to, ground transportation, meals, gratuities and incidental hotel expenses, are the sole responsibility of prize Winner(s). Actual retail value of trip may vary and will depend on airfare fluctuations and Winner's point of departure/return. Any difference between stated approximate retail value and actual value of prize will not be awarded. Winner(s) and guest must travel on the same itinerary. Travel accommodations at the discretion of Sponsor. Winner(s) and guest must be able to travel on dates designated by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner, time permitting. Winner and guest are responsible for all necessary travel related documents (including Passports). Winner(s) and guest must comply with all venue security requirements. No responsibility is assumed for lost tickets or passes in whole or in part. No date/location/seating changes of event prizes will be permitted except in Sponsor's sole discretion. In the event that the event is canceled or postponed for any reason after ticketing of prize, awarding of the remaining elements of prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s prize obligation to winner and no substitute or additional compensation will be awarded. Any expenses which are not expressly set forth in these Official Rules are the Winner(s) sole responsibility.

Winner(s) may not substitute, assign or transfer prizes, but Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to substitute prize with another prize of equal or greater value should the advertised prize become unavailable for any reason. Limit one (1) prize per person/family/household.

5. Conditions of Participation: By entering participants agree (a) that Sponsor, Tony Gonzalez, All Pro Science, Inc., Inc. and their respective parent entity, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, or prize suppliers, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless against any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in this Sweepstakes, including any travel related thereto, or any Sweepstakes related activity, or for any typographical or other error in the printing, offering or announcement of any prize; and (b) except where legally prohibited, winner grants (and agree to confirm that grant in writing) permission for Sponsor and those acting under its authority to use winner’s name, photograph, voice and/or likeness, for advertising, trade and/or publicity purposes without additional compensation in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide and on the World Wide Web, without notice, review or approval. Prize winners may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, where lawful, a Publicity Release within 5 days of notification. If documents are not returned on a timely basis, or if prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, or if winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. If winner is a minor in his/her state of residence, under 19 in AL or NE or under 21 in CO, MS, PA or WV, but an eligible entrant, prize will be awarded to, or in the name of, eligible winning minor’s parent/legal guardian who must sign and return all required documentation and accompany winner on trip. Taxes on prize are solely the winner’s responsibility. 6. Limitations on Liability: Automated entries, or entries sent by robotic or macro, are not allowed and will be disqualified. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the contest, as solely determined by the Sponsor, will be disqualified, and Sponsor reserves the right to terminate such entrant’s eligibility. Should the purchase transaction entry portion or any other portion of the Contest be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to modify, suspend or terminate the Contest, and select winners from all eligible online entries received for all affected drawings prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest, and assumes no responsibility for any error, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation, or transmission, communications line failure, technical failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized use in connection with the purchase transaction entry portion or any other portion of the Contest.
